ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE WITH A NEW EDGE

In the midst of Prague's historic city centre, in the first district, the S+B Gruppe AG is developing the high-class office & retail building VIA UNA. Built following an international competition between 1930 and 1932, the building has a high historical value - and with good reason. Apart from the striking façade, the project has many features such as the spacious entrance lobby, a large atrium, terraces and balconies overlooking the centre of Prague.

The VIA UNA project combines the existing, elitist flair of the building with all the requirements of a state-of-the-art office and retail space. The modernization of the building aims to convince not only through modern design and the usage of new materials, it also addresses the requirements of our ever-changing working methods, by providing flexible room partitioning and new entrances into the building.

THE RIGHT DIMENSIONS TO REALIZE YOUR VISIONS

Completion term for the VIA UNA office areas is Q1/2022, the retail areas will follow in Q2/2022.

The high-class office areas are accessible through several entrances, from both Na Příkopě and Celetná Street. They offer 8,980 sqm of space distributed over six storeys. The atrium creates both pleasant and bright areas, ensuring lots of natural light on the upper floors.

The retail areas can be reached through three entrances, including the unique luxury entrance with an amazing portico, just right next to the Powder Tower. The high street Na Příkopě has an entrance to the main retail hall on the ground floor. Celetná Street was equipped with a brand-new entrance and new elevators, connecting the ground floor with lower floor areas. VIA UNA’s new lifts include a spacious freight lift and a light-flooded panorama lift for passengers. The retail areas themselves offer approx. 4,560 sqm of premium space distributed over three storeys.
